Community Health Centres
Services may include after hours and home nursing, audiometry, blood collection, Child & Family Health nursing, clinical psychology, continence clinics, counselling, diabetic care, dietetics, drug and alcohol services, foot care / podiatry, health education and promotion, home modifications, occupational therapy, palliative care, physiotherapy, psychiatry, school-based programs, sexual assault services, social work, speech pathology, women's health.
