Occupational Therapy

Provides assessment and treatment for children with physical or developmental dysfunction which interferes with their ability to engage in their daily activities of play, school and self care. Service may include developmental assessment, individual or group therapy, home/school visits, home therapy programs, provision of equipment, and home and school modifications.

Due to long waiting lists, community occupational therapy departments do not provide services for children who are eligible for other public services such as DADHC.
